One of the greatest sources of anxiety for high school students is the worry
they have around getting good jobs.

But what if we could help them develop job skills that will set them up for life WHILE encouraging more underserved youth to go into health care?

We’d have less anxious students and a health care system that was more representative.

That’s where the H.E.R.O. Academy comes in. It’s a workforce development solution creating a highschool-to-healthcare pipeline with the goal of making more Health Equity Response Organizers (H.E.R.O.s)

High school students will graduate with skills that will get them ready for any career, but especially one in healthcare.
